The book "Lupus Nephritis-Pathogenesis & Current Management," which he edited, is another of his works.

  • Dr. Dinesh Khullar oversees the hospital's DNB and clinical fellowship programs, as well as the hiring and credentialing of its physicians and the dissemination of their research findings.
  • He has been involved in over 5,000 successful kidney transplants during his more than 30 years as a renal transplant physician, with more than 1200 of those performed at Max Hospital, Saket alone. ABO-incompatible transplants, transplants in highly sensitized recipients, and high-risk transplants with significant comorbidities are all included in this category of extremely difficult transplants.
  • He was the first person in north India to install an online hemodiafiltration unit, allowing patients access to cutting-edge dialysis technology. Dr. Khullar has participated in a wide range of research projects and served as the principal investigator for several important clinical trials at the national level, such as DAPA-CKD and Transform. He has edited the book "Lupus Nephritis-Pathogenesis & Current Management" and written extensively for national and international journals.

  • In 2011, the Human Care Charitable Trust gave him their Lifetime Achievement Award for his work.
  • At the 2015 Annual Conference of the Indian Society for Organ Transplantation, he was awarded the J.M. Patel Oration.
  • At the 2005 Annual Meeting of the Indian Medical Association, (SDB), he gave the D.K. Pal Chaudhary memorial oration and won the associated award.
  • On the occasion of the Annual Convention of the Indian Medical Association, (SDB), he was awarded the Sushil Malik Memorial Oration.
  • In 2011, the Human Care Charitable Trust gave him their Lifetime Achievement Award for his work.
