Dr. Geeta B Nath is an eminent, senior obstetrician and gynecologist with more than 25 years of experience in the field, who has been treating all high-risk patients nationally and internationally.

She has been recruited as a national trainer for health workers by Voluntary Health Associates of India. She also has written a book on menopause published by VHAI. Dr. Geeta Nath regularly writes for a website on parenting and maternal health and was on the editorial board of Obstetrician & Gynecology quarterly magazine, Gurugram. 

She is well adept in taking care of post-term pregnancies who have pre-existing chronic illnesses such as asthma, Crohn's disease, autoimmune disease, diabetes, AIDS, cancer, herpes, heart and kidney disease, sickle cell anemia, tuberculosis, and ulcerative colitis.

• Dr. Geeta completed her MBBS from Assam Medical College in Dibrugarh in the year 1986.
• Dr. Geeta completed her Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology  (DGO), in the year 1991 from Assam Medial College, Dibrugarh.

Career Highlights

• Dr. Nath has held the position of president for All Assam Women Writers Association, Gurgaon branch and is currently the vice-president of the Assam Satra Mahasabha, New Delhi.
• Dr. Nath is a member of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecological Society of India, Indian Menopause and Indian Fertility society.
• She serves as an executive member of the Obstetric and Gynecological society of Gurgaon.
• She offers outstanding infertility treatment, counseling and hormonal treatment as well as ovulation induction.
• She has the highest success rate in attending to women who have had five or more pregnancies previously.

Research and Fellowships

• She has authored a book entitled Menopause, which was published by VHAI, New Delhi. She regularly contributes to a website dedicated to parenting and maternal health, and she has served in the editorial board of Obstetrician and Gynecology quarterly magazine (published in Gurgaon).
