Dr. Milind Kirtane is a renowned ENT/ Otorhinolaryngologist with a rich career spanning over 59 years in the field.

His educational background includes an MBBS, an MS in ENT from King Edward Memorial Hospital and Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College, Mumbai, and a Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology.

His area of special interest lies in Cochlear Implants, ENT Checkup, Hearing Deficiency  Assessment, Hearing Aid Fitting, Hearing, Speech Impairment, Electrophysiology Hearing, Ear Micro Surgery, Eardrum Repair, Ear Wax Removal, Congenital Ear Problem Treatment, Reconstructive Middle Ear Surgery and Ear Lobe Correction / Repair.

Dr. Milind Kirtane has been able to perform over 3000 Cochlear Implant surgeries successfully, mostly with the help of donations.

He has been teaching workshops on ear microsurgery, cochlear implants, and sinus surgery. Over 1200 ENT surgeons have learned from him at these workshops.

He's organized many free camps in rural areas across 10 Indian states, providing healthcare services for free.

He is on the Editorial Board of the International Tinnitus Journal and ISRN Otolaryngology, and Associate Editor of the Archives for Sensology and Neurotology in Science and Practice (ASN).  

Dr. Kirtane is an active member of the Indian Society of Otology, American Rhinologic Society, Association of Otolaryngologist of India, Neurotological and Equilibrio Metric Society of India, Indian Society of Laryngology, and Indian Medical Association.

He received the esteemed "Dr. B.C. Roy Award" from the President of India for his outstanding contribution to promoting the advancement of medical specialties.
