Dr. Rahul Gupta, a prominent Neurosurgeon, has made significant contributions to neurosurgery for over 20 years, earning him a well-known reputation in his field. He received his education from PGIMER in Chandigarh and the Government Medical College in Rohtak.

He spent eight years as a teaching staff member in the neurosurgery departments of PGIMER, Chandigarh, and GB Pant Hospital, New Delhi, before joining Fortis Hospital in July 2012.

He has published over 55 publications in highly regarded national and international scientific journals and has given several presentations at national and international conferences.

In 2011, he received Japan's prestigious Sugita Scholarship to study medicine at Nagoya University of Medical Science.

Fluorescence (5-ALA) was used in malignant glioma surgery during Dr. Rahul's training in Graz, Austria, and he received training in functional neurosurgery in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Numerous neurosurgical organizations count him as a member and contributor. His specialties include endoscopic skull base surgery, endovascular neurosurgery (for complex brain tumors and neurovascular surgery), and pediatric neurosurgery.

He has extensive experience dealing with severe head and spine injuries. With a high level of success, he has completed almost 10,000 neurosurgical operations.

He participates in several community outreach projects to promote brain and spinal wellness. In addition, he has authored a book on back pain, which has been published in both English and Hindi.
