His educational qualifications include an MBBS from King George's Medical College, Lucknow, an MS in General Surgery from King George’s Medical College, Lucknow, an MNAMS in General Surgery from DNB Board, New Delhi, and an MCh in Urology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
