Dr. Sudheer Kumar Tyagi is a distinguished neurosurgeon with over 32 years of experience. 

He has successfully performed over 15,000 microscopic brain and spine surgeries.

He specializes in lumbar microsurgical discectomy, anterior cervical procedures, spinal instrumentation, spinal tumor surgeries, AVM malformation excision, and craniovertebral junction surgeries. 

He was the first surgeon in India to use the Image Fusion technique for functional stereotactic surgeries, establishing the functional stereotactic surgery program at Apollo Hospital and performing numerous Deep Brain Stimulation and ablative surgeries.

Dr. Tyagi is deeply committed to serving underserved communities. He regularly provides free surgical services in his native village in Muzaffarnagar and in Zambia, where he trains local neurosurgeons and operates on patients at the University Teaching Hospital. 

He visited Iraq every three months, offering treatment to those affected by the post-war devastation, without any compensation.

In addition, he has offered his services in Pakistan, where many patients appreciate his compassionate care. 

Dr. Tyagi supports education and sanitation projects in his village, including the construction of a girl's hostel, and sponsors the education of an orphaned child. 

His contributions have earned him recognition, including the title of Legend in Neurosurgery by the Times of India.
