Dr. Sushant Srivastava is renowned for his expertise in cardiovascular surgery, making him one of the best in the country.

His areas of specialty include complex vascular procedures on the aorta, carotid arteries, and lower limb vessels as well as Beating Heart Bypass Surgery, single, double, and triple valve repairs and replacements, and aortic aneurysm surgery with endovascular repairs.

His most notable accomplishment was executing a successful bypass procedure on a 96-year-old patient, who is believed to be the oldest patient ever recorded to have undergone such surgery.

He has handled more than 10,000 cases thus far in his career.

He earned his Master of Science in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (M.Ch. CTVS).

He stayed on the faculty as an assistant professor till September 1998 at the reputed All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.
