• He has over 21 years of experience, and he has performed several successful bone marrow transplants for thalassemia and leukemia cases in children from India, Afghanistan, Iraq, and African countries.
• He was a Consultant at Artemis Hospital in Gurgaon and Action Cancer Hospital in  Delhi.
• He served as a Senior Resident in the Department of Pediatrics in Rohtak and Delhi
