Dr. Vikas Dua is an esteemed pediatric hemato-oncologist and bone marrow transplant specialist with over 20 years of experience. 

He has successfully performed more than 1,000 transplants. 

His areas of expertise include leukemia treatment, aplastic anemia, benign pediatric hematology, sickle cell anemia, pediatric cancer, and thalassemia.

Dr. Vikas is renowned for his exceptional outcomes in stem cell transplants, particularly in pediatric unrelated and haploidentical transplants, and has conducted some of the rarest transplants in India. 

In addition, he has successfully performed numerous bone marrow transplants for leukemia and thalassemia in children from India, Iraq, Afghanistan, and several African countries.

Dr. Vikas Dua treated six-year-old Hasnat from Afghanistan, who had a thalassemia major, performing a bone marrow transplant that led to her excellent recovery. He strongly emphasizes the importance of bone marrow transplant BMT in treating genetic blood disorders, providing hope for better treatments and improved quality of life.
