Dr. Vinay Kumar Bahl, a cardiologist with over 40 years of experience, He practices at Max Super Speciality Hospital in Patparganj at the present time. When it comes to coronary angioplasty and stents, intravascular ultrasound, intra-coronary brachytherapy, fractional flow reserve, cardiac imaging, and catheter ablation, he was the first to perform the procedure in the country.

In addition to being the first in the country to perform a retrograde non-transseptal balloon mitral valvotomy, he also pioneered the use of the Inoue balloon for mitral valvotomy in the department and expanded its application to the treatment of pulmonary stenosis, aortic stenosis, and IVC obstruction. He has received numerous honors from academic institutions on both a national and international scale, including awards, keynote addresses, and fellowships.
