A native of Berhampur, Dr. Ramalingam earned his MBBS from MKCG Medical College in 1980, he did his MS in ENT from Armed Forces Medical College in Pune. In addition, he has been honored with several prestigious fellowships from institutions all over the world, including the University of Iowa Cancer Center Fellowship in Skull-Base Surgery, the Tata Memorial Hospital Fellowship in Head & Neck Onco Surgery, the University of Freiburg Fellowship in Phoniatrics, the Netherlands Cancer Institute Fellowship in Head & Neck Onco Surgery, and the USA Fellowship in Head & Neck Onco Surgery.
