The facility's initial phase encompasses 504 beds, consisting of 111 operational Critical Care Beds and 266 ward beds offering Suite, Deluxe, Twin Sharing, and Economy options. Additionally, it houses an Advanced Neonatal ICU, a 15-bed Dialysis Unit, 18 Modular OTs & Operating Rooms and 2 Cardiac Catheterization Labs.

It features 18 operation theatres distributed across six independent clusters, each equipped with a laminar airflow system, ceiling-mounted pendants, and flooring designed to be both anti-static and anti-bacterial. The hospital boasts the latest technologies such as 1 Linear Accelerator (IMRT, IGRT and VMAT), Brachytherapy and Wide Bore CT Simulator, among others.
