Ruby Cancer Centre, a unit of Ruby General Hospital is the first NABH accredited Cancer Centre in Kolkata. There are around 42 multi-specialty departments under which treatment is available, like Cardiology, Pulmonology, Cardiac Surgery, Dental, Endocrinology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Paediatrics, Paediatric Surgery, Rheumatology, Dermatology, General Medicine, Urology, Uro Gynaecology and others.

The 316-bed hospital incorporates 6 Operation Theatres, Cath Lab, CTVS ICU, ITU, ICCU, NICU, Day Care Services, Radiology Services, Emergency Department, and Pathology Services, and ensures constant availability of ambulance, pharmacy, and other diagnostic services. A dedicated 75 beds are exclusively reserved for emergency and critical care management.

The hospital is equipped with advanced technologies such as X-RAY, 128 Slice CT Scan, Ultrasound, MRI, Doppler Ultrasound, MRCP, Mammogram, MR Angio, Clinac iX with FFF, IMRT, Image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT), Rapid Arc (VMAT), Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), Gammamed Plus, CT Angio and Cardiac CT. 

The Hospital is home to over 200 distinguished Senior Consultants specializing in various fields, accompanied by an additional 50 In-house Doctors, ensuring a constant and accessible medical presence.

A 44 year lady had been presented at Ruby General Hospital, with complaints of abdominal discomfort. Upon evaluation, it was found, that she had a dilated fusiform choledocal cyst which was treated successfully.
